How to book a cleaning with WhiteSpot?

At Whitespot, we ensure that when you book a cleaning with us, it easy, convenient and to the point. Be it House cleaning, Home cleaning, Deep cleaning, Damac exclusive, you can easily book with 5 simple steps.

Step 1: Mobile Number Verification

Just enter your mobile number. You will receive an OTP and we will trigger you previous booking details e.g. First Name, Address, Cleaning type and more. So you can book quickly and move to the next steps.

Step 2: Location Details

You can enter your location details like your region, area, building name, apartment number or alternatively you can select your location on the map. You will also need to select your room type i.e. if you require your apartment to be cleaned or house or villa to be cleaned. Once you provide this, you can move to the next step. We provide cleaning services in JVC, maids in Dubai Marina, Business Bay, Damac Hills and more. Select your respective area and move to Step 3.

Step 3: Cleaning Details

Choose your cleaning type from the follows:

  1. Normal Cleaning:

    You can book a normal or home cleaning service in dubai. Depending on how big your house is, you can book either 1 or 2 cleaners for 2 hours or more. You can also select the option of getting your balcony cleaned or getting cleaning materials based on your requirements. You can also setup a recurring visit if you require, it can be once a week, twice a week and so on and so forth.

  2. Deep Cleaning:

    Depending on the size of your apartment you can book your deep cleaning services in dubai. Deep cleaning includes floor scrubbing, cleaning with floor maintainer machines, outside and inside kitchen utensils and more.

  3. Damac Exclusive:

    If you live in a Damac building, this is what you would want to select as this option goes beyond the normal house cleaning. It includes Linen change, Balcony cleaning and you get multiple cleaners in one go.

Step 4: Choose Date & Time

At this step, you have to select your preferred date and time slot.

Step 5: Booking Details

On this last and final step, you need provide the booking name, email, payment method and click on “Book for AED XXX” button. You can pay via credit card or cash on service.
