MEP Supervisor

We are seeking a highly capable and organized Facility Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring they function efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. This role involves supervising maintenance activities, managing personnel, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring a high standard of facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the overall maintenance and operations of the facility, including high-rise buildings.
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance and support staff, including housekeeping technicians and security personnel.
  • Assign tasks, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and renovations involving MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Civil systems.
  • Ensure the facility is safe and well-maintained, addressing issues promptly.
  • Ensure the facility complies with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Stay informed about contract validation and perform proper follow-up.
  • Serve as the point of contact for tenants, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Address tenant concerns and maintain positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure services meet quality standards.
  • Update and implement emergency response and evacuation plans.
  • Coordinate responses to emergencies or incidents within the facility.
  • Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and incidents.
  • Generate reports for management and regulatory agencies as required

Job description

  • Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Familiarity with facility management software.
